I walked away from a corporate career in finance to turn my hobby of permanent makeup into a business and built a 7-figure beauty brand in the process. I rapidly grew to three brick & mortar locations, a team of 9, and successfully sold the business in 2019 to focus on beauty business education. I've served over 1,800 clients and coached over 200 beauty professionals across the U.S. and Europe to the $100k+/yr mark in business.

Coming from a Dominican family, beauty and haircare is woven into the thread of my culture. But as a first generation American, diving into a creative profession was not an option. It was not a representation of gratitude to my family or the American dream.

I grew my business from a tiny 72sq.ft. space to three physical locations this year. This year, I also got pregnant with my daughter and launched the education program that helped grow my business to 7-figures. So much sacrifice in this season. From going back to work just 18 days after giving birth to opening new commercial spaces. This year was hustle.
